Who we are

This website, slotbok.co.za, is the online shop of Slotbok. We design, cut and pack laser-cut wooden model kits in Gauteng, South Africa.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms. They work together with our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy.

The kits

Each kit's page describes what comes in the box and shows the built model. If something on a kit page isn't clear, WhatsApp us before you order.

Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand (ZAR). The full amount, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you pay, and payment is taken at checkout. Where a kit says "Price on WhatsApp", message us for a price.

Your order

After you order, we email you a confirmation of what you bought. If a kit you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you straight away and refund you in full.

Delivery

Where we deliver and what it costs are set out in our shipping policy. The delivery options for your address are shown at checkout.

Returns and your rights

Your rights under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, apply to every order, and nothing in these terms limits them. How to cancel an order, return a kit or tell us about a part that doesn't fit is set out in our refund policy.

Schools, stationers and shops

Wholesale orders and class sets are agreed with us directly. WhatsApp us about wholesale.

Our designs, photos and animations

The kit designs, cutting files, photos, 3D animations and words on this website belong to Slotbok. Please don't copy, sell or share them without our written permission. Sharing a link to any page is always welcome.

Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
